If you have problems with streaming video files type rm or asf try the following solutions
 
1.    Upgrade your RealPlayer or MediaPlayer to the latest version.
2.    If you have the free version search the RealPlayer or MediaPlayer web sites for the Basic player download
3.    Obtain the address of the file that you want. For example to get the real address of the video, Rightclick on the video area and then click "Properties"
  Launch then your RealPlayer or MediaPlayer, Open veideo file and Enter your UserID and password. Watch the video at Zoom 2x, double size
Note that the preference that you have for file type asf also has an influence. If your PC is not set to play asf files with RealPlayer and RealPlayer is your media player you will have a difficulty. Same for MediaPlayer or any other player that you use as your default to play asf streaming files.
