The action from this short promotional video shows the merits of that place: Healthy, athletic, uninhibited cheerful young ladies delivering blow after blow hits with great amusement. The guys who endure this to amuse the young goddesses are brave. What they get in exchange for the pain is a vision of grace in motion and the satisfaction of having amused  young ladies and helped them financially with their tithes. In the video you see a girl restraining the subject. This does not mean that it is done against his will. The restraining is necessary to prevent inordinate agitation after a hit.

The knee hits are done gracefully and energetically. Pushing a stiletto heel in the guys' cheek is done decisively. The ball kicks re delivered with strong feminine grace. Before the ball kick game, the guy is used as horsy for amusement. This is good transportation for the ball game
